 Collaborated with Owner and worked with Attorneys in the development of company standard, non-AIA, contract for construction, crafted scope of work for individual disciplines and standardized subcontract agreements for company.

 Submitted and obtained building permits, contracted services, purchased tools, equipment and materials, and hired competent highly efficient labor services that maximized price competitiveness and saved up to 60% in overhead, profit, and markup.
